Senior Pastor Jon Anderson
Assistant Pastor Jim Stevens
Youth Pastor Jason Wright
Pastor Jon Anderson was brought up in a Christian home, and made a profession of salvation at the age of six. During his freshman year of college the Lord changed Pastor Jon’s life dramatically calling him into full time ministry. Also, during college he met his wife Sharon, and they were married on June 5, 2004. Jon and Sharon have four children, Seth, Joseph, Andrew, and Luke.
Pastor Jon graduated from Maranatha Baptist University in 2005. He then went on to take two years of graduate studies at Central Baptist Theological Seminary. He joined the pastoral staff at Faith Baptist Church as the assistant pastor in the summer of 2007. In July of 2014 Pastor Jon was called by the church to become the full time Senior Pastor.
Pastor Jim Stevens was born and raised in central Illinois. Although he was brought up in a Christian home, he did not get saved until he was nearly twenty-five years old.
A few months later he enrolled at Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, WI, where he received a B.A., M.A., and M.Div., all in Bible and Pastoral Studies. While attending MBU he met and married his wife, Linda. Together they have raised their seven children: Sharon, Leah, Jim, Joel, Nathan, Becky, and Rachel, most of whom are actively involved in their current ministry.
Faith Baptist is Pastor Steven’s third church. He pastored four years in Edgerton, WI, and twenty-three years years in Beloit, WI. He has enjoyed serving in Oconomowoc since December of 2006. In July of 2014 Pastor Stevens stepped down as Senior Pastor and took on the role of Assistant Pastor.
Pastor Jason Wright grew up in a pastor's home, and came to know Christ at the age of 5. While still young he began to feel the call to ministry, and during his adolescent years began to feel a burden for youth work.
Seeing a need for sound Biblical training, Jason completed a BS in Biblical Counseling at MBU (then MBBC) and shortly after graduation he was married to Katiann Olsen. The Lord has blessed their marriage with two daughters: Amy and Nicole.
Since college, Jason has begun work on his Masters at MBU and served as a Children's Church team leader in his local church; until he was called as our Youth Pastor at the end of 2015.
